Do some longer still (tripod) shots with no hands and no talking. It'd really help the buyers drink in the place without distraction. As it is, every time I want to see something I have to pause with a hand in the way, or something. But the walkthroughs are very thorough, and the properties are beautiful! Really neat cabin, but why do all log homes seem to have that cheap fiberglass tub and shower? I hate those. Besides, they always need to be replaced eventually.

saqsay1 The master bath floor was hideous, I think it was linoleum. I didn't like the bath at all or the steps down into the family room. Not a good layout, kitchen was dark, basement living area not livable because of no windows. It would be like living in a cave. For 250K there's better out there.

What I notice about your videos is how clean all your properties are. The floors are perfectly cleaned and polished, beds perfectly made and everything is spotless even the granite. Whoever is doing the cleanings is doing a great job♥️

Hi Jeff Schmidt, Great question. Weather - winter: we get 2"-3" of snow, 2-3 times a year and it is gone in 2-3 days. That's an honest answer. Now yes, we've had 12" - and this year for instance, we've had on;y 2-3 dustings - and maybe one storm brought 1". Water? That river is 30' down from the house --- I doubt that would ever be a problem - it hasn't for the hundreds of homes that are on that river.
