I like how the station looks like it was planned to be ‘medevil’ but the park hired a new designer half-way through who scrapped the idea but didnt get rid of it, then continued building it normally. Very classic ‘Janky’park

I'd like to share your optimism! The PC2 stuff I've just released did incredibly well for the channel and the response from the community has been incredible; it's restored my love for my channel... but it was all still mid-tier performance in the grand scheme of it all. There were non planet coaster channels getting 60, 70k views on theirs... they don't even focus on the game on their channels and significantly out-performed me. So, I'm taking the mind-set that I'm going to play and enjoy the game. I'm going to film it and publish it. Any-one who wants to come for a ride is welcome to, but I'm not stressing out over a channel on a platform geared up against me. It isn't worth the emotional bank account withdrawals.

Great video as always. I can see Oakwood, but also check out pictures of Beech Bend park in Kentucky, because I can definitely see a bit of that in this park as well, especially with the log flume. They have made more efforts to build in more of the rides, but it's a blend of pretty nice and "jank", lol

It looks like a neat little park, their woody Kentucky Rumbler put them on the radar for enthusiasts and they seem to have been concentrating on their water park and small ride updates since, but it's a bit out of the way so not a park I see myself getting to any time soon unless its a day trip while somewhere else. This just gives the same vibe it seems.

I absolutely hate how slow the flume loads. I was really hoping that guests would be getting into the trains/boats/cars/whatever while the other group was leaving, speeding everything up. Ugh. I know it has nothing to do with what you're doing, just...seeing it while you were explaining hating the trim on the building I just couldn't help but notice how pokey everyone is. The booths in the Eat It look great! Love those pieces. OMG the janky pool bottom of the flume, hahaha, so good. Great 'sode!

Oh man.. and I hate how this is also how it works in PC2 as well. They had the perfect opportunity to fix it and didn't. I hate everything about the station load / unload strategy in the game. Always have, always will. Those booths are so simple too. It was such a happy accident! I was like "what would that look like.. oh, cow, perfect, that's what...." :D

If you wanna see real inspirational jank, look up Castles N Coasters in Phoenix, AZ. Despite being one of the most populated metro areas in the country, this is the biggest theme park we have (Until Barbieland™ opens soonish). The next closest major parks would be the Adventure Dome in Las Vegas, Nevada (~5 hours away), or Disneyland / Knott's berry farm in California (~6 hours away) But its jank also gives us one of the highest g-force moments in the world on a coaster.

@@JSXSProductions oh! I've heard about this place... thanks for the tip, im totally checking that out.. What I'm learning very quickly is that UK jank abd US jank is very, very different. UK jank still has an element of class and sophistication to it, yet US jank is literally rides in a field.. and I'm fascinated by this.. 🤣

Shame you can add a splash effect from the station that looks like a garden hose that sprays the d Guest before the second lift hill

Mulch would work because you could control the area and not over do it as well as use light terrain and paint

I hope the log flume changes in Planet Coaster because many don’t go up another small lift before a drop and some have double downs but you can’t make them naturally

I don't know what that "classic" flume does in the coaster menu. I briefly saw Digital Dan use it and seems that has the drops with no pre-lift - and the drops seem to be custom. Wonder if we can use that as a log flume... Will need to check it out when I get the game again

I've always hated how the tmtk mulch blends with the grass, but when I change it to grass, I think it looks just as bad. I definitely won't miss that when PlanCo 2 comes out

I tried for so long to colour match it too.. you just can't. But, the mulch is so powerful, we shouldn't trash it 🤪

idea for a thrilling coaster - get a big thrill coaster like a b&m or intamin, and absolutely trash it by making it very dirty, plopped onto a field a bit like monster at walygator in france

i just brought planet coaster 1 for only £5 I am not to bothered about getting planet coaster 2 at the moment as it is quite expensive and 2 it's my pocket money so it suits me fine
