Price in the Read More, down below description. The owner does not hay, he gets paid and hires it out to local farmer with all the conditioners, hay making equipment hauled by tractors pulling wagons or loading up the trucks.

We looked at this property. It is beautiful but felt much smaller than 2500 sq ft. and doesn't have a garage to protect your cars from Maine winters. The basement isn't fully finished, half of it is just a utility room. If we could have figured out how to make this property fit our family, and it had a garage we would be living in Maine right now.

50 Acres of farm land. Ouch, my back, haha. Please tell us what was grown on the land and was the land leased to another farmer. Ahhh…you didn’t cover the inside of the 2 Barn sheds. I wanted to see ho cars would fit inside, if at all.

Think closer to 52 acres from further calculations. Lease it out, I have a 300 acre farm that is used for organic farming. Can hook you up with same scenario! Oats on the land, grain being farmed in the east half of the property now. Farmer would love to continue leasing land acreage. Usually around $125 an acre but a soil and water sensitive grower is more important than the acre $$$$. You gotta be a good steward and protect against erosion, keep the soil amendments high.

I agree with you property here is way overpriced because of the technology boom I bought a house here five years ago for $110,000. Now its value is $275,000. New roof and carpet and hardwood floors a bathroom remodel.
