If you ever read the documentation behind your signature or run a quick forum's search on an insurance company (pick any) you will quickly find out that getting paid is a rather convoluted process - far more complicated than signing the contract. Convoluted for you, the policy owner - super friendly with insurers however, whom can easily weasel out of paying. I'm not saying there are no exceptions - yet the business case behind insurance companies as a concept does not revolve around being there for people in need, au contraire.

But Legal Mindset did point out that he filed a motion to dismiss and that it could work, since Logan's suit is obviously cr*p. So he might get out of this suit cheaply enough. His problem, however, is long-term in case Logan files another frivolous suit the next time Coffee reports on him, and that may be the real intimidation effect.
