The resistors (R) could be supplied in a resistor pack containing 4 resistors. They will tend to be well matched and the typical 100ppm/C tracking will be very good resulting in minimum error

The op amp feedback capacitors are in place for practical consideration to ensure the presence of negative feedback during transient response since the main feedback path for each op amp is just Diode-connected BJT transistor.
