The beat isn't actually made my Premo, Logic's producer 6ix made it and he managed to make it very Premo-like imo, it sounds like something Premier would make. The vinyl scratching at the end is the Premo feature. Also could be a reach but the "you stop breathing, cardiac arrest..." -line could be a reference to Playboi Carti's track "stop breathing" since the cardiac / carti yk.

Fun fact about the "Gringo" bar. At least in Central America, the ppl there refer to Americans in general as gringos. I'm Hispanic (grandparents are from Mexico) but they even call me gringo because I'm from the US 🇺🇸 So basically white, black, brown, Asian, whatever. To them we're all gringos.
