Anything you guys do "Ethan and Hila" is worth watching, you both are such special people and don't ever let other peoples input change who you are. Whatever happens with your content happens, just flow with it and it will be the best when you just dont care, dont try, i could only imagine the pressure to make content, but just only do it when it feels natural in your lifes flow. People will be happy even if they have to wait or whenever it happens, you guys are a gift the world and nothing will ever change that. Also, he openly admits he sees a therapist to keep himself mentally healthy, which is relatable to a lot of people, and he doesn’t have (or at least doesn’t let it affect his presence) the ego that a lot of big rappers and musicians have. This podcast was legitimately fascinating. Some of the topics on here are the best I’ve ever heard from a podcast. I feel like I really took away a lot from this. The crazy thing is that as a well-off white 17 year old, watching things like this is what’s making me grow as a person when it comes to how I perceive race and racism. I see so many people hashtagging, knowing on the inside how fake they really are. Like these people are so full of shit and aren’t actually like that in real life. I’m learning more about things like this by watching conversations like this, and not because I’m hashtagging it.

Logic's tremor problem, it really comforted me hearing him say that. I have the exact same problem and it's linked to anxiety and imposter's syndrome. This is the first time I've heard someone describe it so perfectly, it makes me feel less abnormal.

Ethan talking about floaters and how they tripped him up is something i can relate to. I had a period of time for a while when i would notice floaters i would get insane anxiety spikes thinking about how it was a sign that i was losing my mind or some crazy shit, my thanks to you and logic talking about that stuff cause it helps a lot to know others have been through it and are doing good for themselves

Everything he said made so much sense to me. Social anxiety, introspection, self-criticism and impostor syndrome and even the tremors, I have all of those things. And, what he said about trauma and what his therapist said to him. Whenever my therapist tells me that she's proud of me, I feel like I'm keeping a secret from her. That I'm just really good at acting like everything is okay. I feel you Logic. I need to listen to your music.

It's hard to be emotionally resilient but when we focus on learning how, and take charge of our ability to respond, we are empowered to care for ourselves and others more effectively
