As some mentioned here, there is a whole section of Ems verse (around 21:39) where Em is using every single word and phrase that Chris used in this parody video (e.g., banana, bandanna, mannequin, etc). It's Ems way of saying that even if Chris made fun of the flow using silly words, Em would still create a verse using those same words that Chris used in his joke, which is heard at the end of the song.
