@@marselmusic i hope logic reads all these comments and realizes he needs to step to the plate, because how i see it, the more money he makes in this industry, the lazier he gets. It kind of takes away from his authenticity. Eminem may not be the best in terms of musicality right now, but no matter how big he got, he was and still is improving with the pen everyday. I'd say Encore is an exception, and even so - 5/6 amazing tracks from Encore leaked, and that forced him to make a bunch of shit and filler tracks at the last minute, and he probably did it on purpose. In case you don't know, these tracks are still available all over the internet. You two may not care about it but I just thought I'd mention it to ya'll in case you're interested :D

CONtact CHRONoLOGically, SPIT SIXteens, TAIlor MADE, MICS LIKE, the inflections make these loose rhymes, even louis vuittON DIAMond sort of rhymes because of the inflection. good video anyway! I think that Paradise is probably Logic's best verse rhyme-scheme wise.

He's literally a composite of Kendrick Lamar, J.cole, and Big Sean (especially on his first two albums). Like I said he can definitely spit but there is no soul, passion, or charisma behind his bars. It's mundane. He has his moments where he makes awe inspiring music but most of it is decent or mediocre. Logic fell off hard. Face reality.

@@theblackman3122 i don't think its a lack of passion because you can definitely tell he loves what he does with a genuine respect for the art form, its not just another paycheck for him and respect to him for that. HOWEVER, i think what detracts from him is his lack of uniqueness, you said it as well, he's just an emulation of people that have already done it. although there are occasions when he breaks the mould and does something unique & memorable. I'm personally not a fan for that reason the thing that switched me from 'indifferent' to 'fuck that guy' is when he had his suicide prevention track and another song (inkblots iirc) telling people to kill themselves on the same album. that inattention to detail is unacceptable & really rubbed me the wrong way.

I totally agree with you. I wanted to give him an opportunity and i listened to some albums (full albums) and I figured the shit out. The problem is his steady flow. It's like he's always rapping the same fucking song just with different words. I know logic stans will name-drop me a lot of songs where he used a unique flow and delivery but goddamn I speak for most of the songs I've listened to. I don't hate the guy, i respect him and most rappers respect him, he's got bars but you need a good flow to be a good rapper.
