I use Autosampler often, it's a great tool. And, be honest, sometimes to "borrow" some kontakt instruments as I only have the kontakt player, not the full version, the only limitation being doing the whole process in less than 15 minutes. Dynamic layers, round robins, etc... some .nki instruments can use a lot of time, but Autosampler indicates you at the begining the length of the process and you can often find a way to deal with this limitation (less samples, shorter time, doing it in 2 times then making 1 instruments with 2 in Sampler, etc...)

Could this be used to sample drum machines? I'd like to be able to capture patches from my Korg Analog Drum machine. I assume I'd set the keys in an order that makes sense for each hit? I'm pretty new to synthesis and sampling.

Sooo useful, Jono. Thanks again. Haven’t even looked at Auto Sampler yet! Now I shall. - BTW, what’s the new mouse? And does it do force touch?

Excellent video. What is the deciding factor/criteria to use the Auto Loop functionality? What sorta quality in the patch determines that? I'm still unclear when I need to use that. Any guidance would be fantastic.

He’s speaking at a normal speed. If it’s too fast for you, adjust the speed of playback.
