That part of the audio you cut you should have made unique before you reversed it, it needs to be made unique in the play list. The drop down menu gives you that option, the reason to make each cut unique is so the whole loop isn't reversed just the cut portion of the loop. Hope that makes sense 😅

once you enabled the envelope(ADSR) in the sampler, there's no need to click on "cut self". the ''cut self" option is for when you don't want to use the envelope.

No need to use "cut itself" for 808 if you already adjusted hold and sustain and release, cause the release cuts the note off instead of cut itself

Hey Ocean! just a quick tip, when you chopped the sample in the third beat and you tried to reverse that part, the whole sample got reversed,that is the case in FL and if you want to reverse a specific chopped part then you need to first make it unique and then reverse it... honestly u r 🔥in FL fr!!
@TomboyVale
@TomboyVale Жыл бұрын
11:16 when you reverse the sample on fl studio, it swap the entire loop starting from the end, so you had to just pick up the part that you chopped.

My guy I reckon start using the time grid by the magnet, use Beat or 1/4 beat for kicks and 808s, step and 1/2 step and 1/3 step for hi hats and hi hat triplets, and step for snare, you can use the beat grid to place your chords in a different and preferred arrangement!!! Keep up the good work ocean you’re doing good on a daw switch up have been watching you for a few years cooking up on Logic Pro 🔥🔥🔥

It puts it on the line when the first note is made in the step sequencer if you want them to be in the box you'll need to stretch it in the piano roll or start the pattern directly on the piano roll🔥🔥 smashed it
@UnknownVisitorxx13
@UnknownVisitorxx13 Жыл бұрын
When you reversed it, you reversed the entire loop not the chops. Once you have your chops, you consolidate the track so now its a new wav. then from there you can reverse it because the other parts of the loop will be non existent.

Ocean to make tempo go up not down. It's where you position the mouse cursor. Placed the cursor on the top part of the numbers for tempo and numbers will go up not down. If you place your cursor on the bottom of the numbers then the numbers will go down

I think its great to try other DAWs from whatever one you’re used to, because they could have (and Do oftentimes) have features that you could be missing out on! I’m a long-time Logic user who is trying Bitwig Studio and I really like how you can just type the Name of a particular Instrument or Effect plugin (even all in Lower-Case) and BOOM… there they are if you know you’ve already installed them on your system, its a much faster way of tracking something down than hunting & scrolling through sometimes long contextual menus that come up in Logic! Bitwig can be more flexible too in other ways like being able to Modulate practically ANYTHING - even 3rd-Party plugin Parameters! Logic Pro’s Drummer though is something else that the likes of Bitwig can’t seem to touch and thats what i’ve always loved about Logic! However if you collaborate with people who use FL Studio and you like it, then absolutely go for it!

Looks like fl studio producers are mostly mouse musicians drawing music in and using audio loops, I’m yet to see decent equipment being used when beats and tunes are created. Drawing music doesn’t appeal personally but the beats sound sick. I have to give it a try as long as it can integrate same way as cuebase 12 pro, pro tools and studio one.
