As far as him having an impact on hip hop. People don’t realise that he has got so many people in to hip hop, and lyricsm. This guy pays so much homage to the greats that you’ve had young people go back and actually listen to The Roots, Dilla, Mos Def etc, and really fall in love with hip hop. That to me is super important.

Couldn’t agree with you more. Now a lot more people understand the history of hip hop a bit more and pay respects to the legacy of other artists. He’s just a hip hop head that makes music. I’ve always respected him for that.

Seeing Bob in interviews all these years I can truly see how happy he is now and how ecstatic he is to leave the internet/hip hop scene. It's caused him so much stress and pain over the years because he's such an emotional human being. Can't explain how happy it makes me to finally see him go and live his life and be truly happy.

@@burdman1333 True. It's unfortunate that trolls exploited freedom of speech to abuse people over the internet, at this point, this is a sensible outcome for fans. Plus, the idea of being able to speak to the actual celebrity is amazing, it's more than a KZbin comment section which I really enjoy too, it's a paid vip section of positive interactions.

He says one thing that fuckin' stuck out to me so much holy shit. He said his race (being half white/half black/etcetc/ was never an issue until he started rapping and became a hip-hop artist. Then with all the negativity it made him depressed more than anything and shit. That's EXACTLY what the fuck happened to me. No one gave a fuck that I was "a white boy" or that I was Bengali, etcetc in the grand scheme of things. People used to always be cool with it. I got dissed every now and then but it wasn't really that fuckin' big of a deal in the bigger picture. People would always be cool with it. I remember someone once told me I was a white boy with flavor lmao. I live in NYC so that shit is especially normal here. I live and grew up in the center and birthplace of Hip-Hop and culture and unity and diversity. It wasn't until I became a rapper, I started getting hardbody discriminated against, judged, shut down, neglected, ignored, criticized, shunned, all that shit on a massive level. I remember stepping into the cypher a few years ago and right when I finally started rapping ill as fuck and getting my shit out there after years of being contained and quieted, the camera dude, who kept looking at me with resentful ass eyes and hate everytime I came there and rapped ill, literally turned the camera away and turned it off and shit. They didn't want a person like me to get my rhymes out there. They didn't want me to blow up and be somebody. Not me, you what I'm saying? No one will ever understand what the fuck it's like to go thru some shit like this, especially because you step into your life legacy and become the person your heart tells you to be; for being a rapper in the modern-world who happens to be a certain skin color or a certain race or a certain ethnicity or a certain type of person, etcetc. Hip-Hop in itself is beautiful and represents equality, unity and diversity. But it's also poisoned with the racism, discrimination and hatred of the part of society that represents and clings to those issues. And it's bad. It's so bad. The very people who aren't supposed to discriminate, fuckin' discriminate, and you become the center of that discrimination and hate in such a twisted ass way depending on who or what you are. Hip-Hop is beautiful, and it's been said that it represents the aspects of life and society that we deal with on a daily basis. Well, it's clear that right now, ignorance and discrimination are ALIVE and permeating the living entity of our beautiful world, all the way into the very essence and fabric of Hip-Hop itself, and we have to rise above that shit. Spread awareness, spread love, listen to people like Logic's story. Listen to my story. Listen to the story of those who have been crippled by ignorance and hate but refused to let it destroy them so that they could hold onto the light and give it to the rest of the world. That means you, all of you; all of us. Love belongs to all of us, no matter how badly societies within our nations want to hold onto ideals that just dont make any fuckin' sense and dehumanize innocent people who are just trying to live, live out their dreams and give... This message, this post, this is Hip-Hop. Does the color of my skin or the person I am change that? Peace and motherfuckin' love.

This album. Those that say UP are most likely living in nostalgia (which is fine)... but that can be ur fav without being his best. He's a way better rapper and his bars aren't just punchlines they're now well thought out gems. his flow is way better and he's more confident on the mic. I absolutely love TITS for its score like production and UP bc I've been a fan for like forever so the feeling within the fanbase before it dropped is forever in my heart and he finally got to tell his story to the world thru it but this album is a more mature and better arranged album. Lets let it live some more but trust me.... The bar about being Lucifer before hell was probably his wittiest bar from a "how'd he think of that" perspective.

So I'm confused now around 24:00 the interviewer was talking to logic about his identity issues and logic said he didn't have those issues until he got into hip-hop. At the end of "Take it Back" on Eveybody album, Logic was Talking about how he had identity issues growing up and his mom called him the n-word and his dad and other people called him a cracker so I'm confused on why he says this if he seemed to change his answer now. tbh Its his best album yet. There's a difference between best and favorite and a lot of people that argue TITS and UP say that bc of nostalgia. If you want to be very objective, This album takes the best parts of both with way better and mature production value. I really think it deserves a rap album of the year num.
