In Python, logical operators are used to combine multiple conditions together and evaluate them as a single Boolean expression. There are three types of logical operators in Python:
1. The 'and' operator returns 'True' if both conditions it is evaluating are true, otherwise, it returns 'False.
2. The 'or' operator returns 'False ' if both conditions are false otherwise, it returns 'True'
3. The 'not' operator returns the opposite Boolean value of the operand. if the operand is True it returns false and if the operand is False it returns True
