Hello bro i want to pursue logistics and SCM? Which country is best to study? Is Ireland better? Orlese Uk, netherlands? Which one i want to go and Masters vs PGDM? Which one is best?

All three countries are good places to study, but remember that the cost of living in each of them is high. Finding a job after graduation will be tougher in these countries, not just for you, but for everyone. It's hard to get jobs abroad unless you have at least 2 to 3 years of experience. To address your point, for a job in the industry: Netherlands and the UK both have strong logistics industries and provide great hands-on experience. Pick a PGDM if you want a faster and hands-on way to start working. For Acedamic or Research Purpose: UK or Netherlands: Both countries have good schools for studying Supply Chain Management. An MSc is better if you want to work in research or teaching at a school. Looking at the cost and how long it will take: Ireland has good programs that won't take too long or cost too much. There are good job choices after you finish studying, especially if you have experience in the same area. But it also depends on the job market and your skills. . Pick between MSc and PGDM depending on whether you want to dive deep into theory or focus on real-world skills. The right choice hinges on your career aspirations, financial situation, and desired level of education

Hey Ashish, that's a great question. The answer to your question is "YES". Supply Chain Management is a great course if you want to learn and work in logistics, procurement, inventory management, production planning, and distribution. In the supply chain industry, you can work in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, technology, manufacturing, and transportation. There are Different course related to supply chain like MSc in Supply Chain Management, MSc in Supply Chain Operations, MSc in Procurement & Supply Chain Management etc. * The Business Analyst course is great if you like working with numbers and data to make predictions and visualize information. It also covers data mining and machine learning. You can have a job in finance, healthcare, technology, marketing, consulting, and more. The next step is about what you are interested in studying. Consider carefully which course will be most useful for you after you graduate. Finding a job is hard because there are a plethroa of international students competing for the same jobs. You need to have really good skills to do well in interviews. If you want to get a job right after finishing your Masters abroad, don't expect a high salary at first. Instead, focus on long-term goals and work towards them to reach your target in next few years. You can also get advice from Experts and you will get much more overview about this. I hope this will help you do research and choose what's best for your future. All the Best.

@Sayanthanaa The video is a different subject, but your question is about my content, and it's a good one. Both MBA and MA are good career options, but since you're interested in studying, FYI, an MBA will be more expensive than an MA. Below, I've provided a clear answer to your question.

If you’re looking to work in HR at a strategic level or transition into other business areas, an MBA in HRM might be more beneficial. For example, if your goal is to eventually become a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) or work in senior management, the broad business skills gained from an MBA could be invaluable. If you’re passionate about HR and wish to specialize, perhaps becoming an HR consultant, recruiter, or specializing in labor relations, then an MA in HRM would provide the specific skills and knowledge needed for these roles and MA less Expensive than MBA.

There is good scope for Logistics and Supply chain Management in Ireland but job market is very competitive if you have previous experience in this field will be double benefit when your applying for full time jobs. However, if your fresher and pursuing masters then you need to select the part time very carefully that to in same field so that will be helpful to gain 1year experience in local industries that will be added advantage when your going for full time job. So, in my personal opinion after you graduation when applying for jobs don’t just focus on getting good pay first things try to get job gain experience and then next focus on salary. If you fix your mind for getting salary unless you don’t have expected experience then companies won’t recruit you.

@@umanshutiwari4513 Are you working part time? If you’re working part time in any another field so we can’t change anything now. What you can do is develop your skills do few certifications courses in supply chain field for added advantage so there will be possibilities to get job. But don’t forget to gain practical knowledge which will help you to become outstanding candidate when applying for jobs.
