As a lecturer for b2b marketing I find this video extremely useful. I am glad I found this resource and plan to use it in my teaching. Porter's value chain is an old concept and it is clearly modelled on a traditional firm that manufactures hardware. It would be a useful complement to explain how the VC applies to service industry.
