Great video but just a quick question, how does the importer prove he is the owner of the SWB, does the exporter put the importer as consignee when issueing it ?

If importer has SWB copy, it will be prove.

If you are sending from freight forwarder to known freight forwarder. You can also use FIATA BL (as tradeable\ to order) between seller and buyer and in turn use a sea waybill for the shipment so that the freight forwarder in the other nation can get the goods to his storage area without issues, but the buyer still needing cash against documents (pay to get the FIATA BL) to get the cargo released from the other freight forwarder. Thereby securing payment to the seller. Obviously one need to trust the other freight forwarder in such cases :)

Sir, In LC it has to be mentioned port of loading and port of destination. If LC is transferable LC, and first beneficiary transfer the LC to 2nd beneficiary who is in another country, than when goods will be shipped to Applicant, what is to be mentioned in BL. I mean port of loading, port of destination, beneficiary name, consignee name etc. Please reply

Explain how transferring to a new beneficiary will change loading or destination ports? I dont see the issue in your question tbh. There wont be "another loading" port just because the new beneficiary is in another country.
