Logitech Brio with G hub setup

This was so helpful. Man...I'm trying to shoot promos w/ my sister overseas and her BRIO was soooo off-key. This helped me talk her through it. She's my older sister, so...I'm forever grateful we got that done and over with. eh. xo, New Zealand

I just purchased the logitech brio and the image quality is similar to logitech 920,just slightly more accurate/sharp but is much muchhh widerrrr ,the field of view.For that field of view,it does deserve the extra 100euro. However,webcams are good.not excellent,they cant come near to a professional camcorder or DsLR!

can somone please help me??? i got elgato streaming lights, but when i move my head from side to side, my face get SO WHITE, but if i sit still in the middle, its perfect. what is my problem? please somone help me fast!

You likely have auto exposure on. Try a fixed exposure that you like and it won’t fluctuate

@@sirdeadknight - wish we could do this, but unclicking 'auto' exposure in G hub for the Brio destroys the frame rate. Not sure what the slider actually does once auto is off, but it doesn't increase/decrease shutter speed or fps, it just sets it to 'awful' and maybe sets the sensor sensitivity? And there doesn't seem to be any other tool that has control of the auto exposure setting, Logitech Capture is no longer supported and no longer works (crashes on startup) on updated Macs.

how do you cahnge video quality and fps?

Depends on what you're doing with it. If using OBS to stream or record, you can change FPS in settings there. You can download Logi Capture to use the camera to stream/record, it lets you change fps/quality in that app. It's not natively in the G Hub app. Worst case, even Windows camera app will let you change it. It's all in the app that's doing the recording.

why am i only one that cant click on new camera mode everything is greyed out super annoying every tutorial says click there and no1 has it greyed out like me.

not sure, that seems odd. When i first booted up, the default camera mode was greyed out, clicking on new camera mode enabled it. Sorry you are having issues. Might be a trouble ticket with Logitech.
