Thanks! I'm not 100% sure if it is 7.1 but it does support Dolby Atmos, Tempest 3D AudioTech and Windows Sonic Spatial Sound 😊

Is it correct for me to assume that you tested this headset while using a wireless mouse? If so, have you experienced audio issues like audio suddenly dropping while using the wireless mouse?

I have a weird question: Does mic cut off or glitch when yelling loudly? I really like to shout when im playing games with my friends and i really dont want them having to mute me because of it (they'll mute me because im loud anyways but yea).

The only issue that I have encountered with this headset is that I cant seem to identify the battery percentage, even with g hub.

Hi! The bass isn't too bad, it was pretty good for music. The only downfall would be the audio picked up by the microphone as it's not super crystal clear. Still a good pair of headphones anyway.

If plugged in through the usb receiver while being paired through bluetooth, will you be able to hear from both the sound outputs?

When the USB receiver is connected to the PC and it shows up in your PC audio settings as connected, you won't be able to connect to the headset via Bluetooth on another device. If the headset is already paired to a device, it either won't connect to another or it will disconnect from one and pair to the other. Just note, when trying to connect to the PC USB receiver, you'll need to disconnect the Bluetooth to your other devices before doing so or it won't connect.

Are you having issues with being connected via the usb c cable and the lightspeed dongle and the update still doesn’t show up? It downloads but you can’t continue? Continue to still greyed out. I’m using windows 11. Any help is appreciated 😊

Late but it does. You can control it by double tapping the mute button. Look up the guide for this headset and they explain the buttons.

Hi! The sound should be fine for mobile gaming, it's been designed to work best with game sound. It does have a 2.4 GHz latency when connected to the PC with the dongle but for bluetooth it's still incredibly good despite it being wireless.

You only need the USB-C cable for charging. You'll need to plug in the USB receiver only for when you're using it with a PC or PlayStation.

the microphone is way too sensitive, and I cant seem to figure out how to turn down the background noise. My friends say its too loud and they cant hear anything. Im about to buy another headset for real! The thing is junk, how is my og turtle beach headset for my old 360 work better than this one? smh

Unfortunately not yet! But it does still work with when connected to a TV via Bluetooth for in-game sound, just not with the headset microphone. I'm sure they will find a way to work around this. If not, the G335 is a very similar headset but wired rather than wireless that can work with the Xbox Series X.

Hi, you should be able to see the battery indicator on your phone but other than that it just tells you when the battery is low. I'd just recommend charging it every few days or so depending how much you use it!
