i have a question about the headset i happen to have the very same model and i cannot use the mic on my desktop computer its not accessible, i find this is very annoying though because its not like they are including the Y adapter to resolve this issue without the need to go back to the store

yes it should work, but maybe you need a splitter. most desktops motherboards usually has separate mic and headphone jack. Have you tried using your mic on a phone or laptop to see if it works?

The sound quality is good both microphone and speaker but It's not really noise cancelling and feel pain on ears. I can't keep it with comfortable more than 30 minutes.

You can try plugging it in on a combo jack. If you don't have one, you'll be needing a splitter.

That's very difficult to solve thru this comment. You can try using it on other pc and see if it works, if it does then the first PC is the problem. If it doesn't then the mic is faulty. Just make sure that the mic is properly selected as default on your PCs sound settings.
