*In movie maker you can do PAL tone videos just type in whatever speed like 1.03x or for double pitched 1.08x*

It wouldn't matter because it doesn't work anymore but I'll say it anyway. To try it yourself, You'd have to click on playback speed. Then at the top, click on custom. Then, just very slightly, turn the knob to 1.05 speed. That'll give you PAL tone videos. But like I said, It doesn't work anymore because it got removed with the newest update to the site.
