I can't tell you how much it means for the world to have a designer like Olivier. He brings alive so many dreams and esthetics that I always wanted to see in fashion but only a black designer with a love of history, couture and fashion can create. I was glued on my chair watching these retrospective haute couture items from the 40's up to the present. It was like a fairy tale,, dazzling designs and showed by the super models. Olivier was as charming and witty as always and his knowledge about the brand is fascinating. I'm a big Olivier fan from Amsterdam, born in 1946,, when monsieur Balmain started to triomf. I do hope that one day l wil meet & greet Olivier to tell him in person that l adore his craft and talent and himself as a person. Greetz and cheers from Amsterdam!
