I think once their identities are revealed to each other there's going to be a bit of tension in the beginning, you know because each one has a profession that may clash with the others intentions. But hopefully by the time it's revealed they both had enough time to connect to each other and they wouldn't be to bothered by the revelation. Also hopefully yor doesn't kill him for using Anya in his mission and the realization that he may abandon Anya once his mission is complete.

YES! Have Loid and Yor assigned at the same place at the same time. ("VIP so-and-so will be there. Twilight / Ibara Princess wouldn't waste such an opportune moment.") Anya connects the dots just as they leave her with Frankie babysitting. She of course gives Frankie the slip and goes to them. Cue Anya looking for them in the crowd while Loid and Yor are search for each other. Frankie finds out Anya's gone and freaks out. He starts calling Yor and Loid just as they're about to find each other. Anya, knowing they're about to find each other (and how about we throw in an actual threat plot that puts everyone in danger), runs to a stage, microphone, something that can project her voice and image, and says there's an emergency and everyone needs to leave. They recognize her of course and instinctively call out for her. Then they hear the other. They look at each other, put aside *that* issue because it's Anya at stake, and run to her. She tells them about the emergency, they save the day, woohoo. Then the walk home. It's...interesting.

I can think of one very possible way for their identities to be revealed, or at least Loid(Aka Twilight). Yor’s Brother will find out who he is one way or another, whether it’s before or after his mission is complete. But it would be more fitting after it’s complete because I can see him retiring from that line of work(or at least such dangerous missions). This can be for two reasons: 1) To lay low and keep his identity safe from being suspected. 2) for Yor and especially Anya. After his identity is found out the brother, knowing he’s up against the best, will probably employ the help of an assassin. Who would coincidentally be Yor(Thorn Princess). Yor would then know about him but he wouldn’t know about her identity. What happens after though I cannot say…
