Spring time fishing tip.... if the fish aren't biting throw strips of beef liver in the water. Starts a feeding frenzy in 15 to 20 mins.

I am a 55 year old women been a grandmaw 3 years grew up fishing in ponds creek banks. Trying to stay active i would really like a baitcaster combo. I've got six farm ponds and a creek and a river I go to. Each farm pond is different on what works. The smallest pond a red shad curly tail worm or a wacky rig salamander or anything purple or red. Two of medium size ponds it's live bait only the other ponds they will go for just about anything long as it's specific colors. My favorite top water is a torpedo chrome or a green and black. I make my own deer hair jigs. The creek any little micro crank bait and rooster tails. The Caddo river depends on where your at I live at the start so smaller baits and he farther you go down the larger baits you use till you get to lake degray.

White bass are spawning on creeks right now if you can get to them the fishing is damn good from what I hear. 16th ounce jig heads and white curly tail grubs or tiny white flukes.

I’m a 💯 w u on the Hummer/buzz bait for the best top water lure around!! Always my first choice for topwater. Live in northern Ohio and caught a 6.4 in late March last year on it. Which is crazy early for top water in these parts. Doesn’t always have to be spawning season or summer time for top water!!

I have added a trailer hook on a buzz bait like one would a spinner bait . Seems to have helped with those short strikes

Lojo not sure if they have something like this in your area but where I’m from they have summer programs for kids that you can send your kids to instead of daycare/babysitters and ever so often you see them at the local lakes fishing. Maybe you can donate the extra rods to something like that or even a boys home/ orphanage, either way awesome vid like always 💯💯💯
