I mean have you EVER heard a director directly name and credit so many of the awesome bits to their team?

Jack, as someone who calls themselves an aspiring filmmaker and is still trying to gain some practical insight, this interview with Kate was so fucking refreshing, insightful, and inspiring. Thanks so much for uploading this! Can’t wait to see what Kate does next!

I don't (or didn't!) know anything about directing, but this was so fun and easy to watch! I watched in increments of about 15 minutes because of my busy schedule but kept coming back for it! Wonderful interview, thanks to both of you. :)

i am fully in agreement with jacks take on the music, aside from the avengers theme, this score is the one in marvel stuff that is just so standalone iconic

I really enjoy the types of interviews you do with filmmakers, it's super relaxed and you cover some really great topics. It's exhausting listening to the same fan theories and speculation about easter eggs, so it's really refreshing hearing you discuss the process and what it takes to direct a project like this. Hope you get to do more director interviews in the future!!

The directing is fine in episode 3, but the plot points drove me loopy. Low battery on time pad. Time pad broken when it was supposed to be magically hidden. Please stay on the writers and don't let them ruin their own story with lazy writing.

This might be a weird thing to add, but when you were talking about Owen Wilson, I remembered that I didn’t even know it was him for most of the series. A lot of this would be down to his vast skill as an actor but the character of mobius was so rich and well developed that I didn’t recognise a glaringly obvious megastar playing him.

I know this probably sounds stupid but I never knew how much effort and thought went into things we take for granted as ‘aesthetic’ in film. I love that she was given the opportunity to thoroughly talk about her work (and actually do it justice) with someone that genuinely knew about the process without making it sound too technical. Her incredible talent is very much testament to her dedication to the details of source material but also her commitment to making something unique. I’m obsessed, hope to see her in more productions!
