I found it so sad yet beautiful how Loki told Thanos to kill Thor (Not to mention how the song goes "I can't fight my fear" maybe referring to Loki's fear of Thor actually dying which is actually quite interesting because he's been trying to kill his brother in all the previous movies but then when Thanos gives a clear opportunity he asks him to stop) but he couldn't bare to hear his brothers screams so he told Thanos to stop and then just right afterwords the song goes, "Isn't it lovely?" It was just so amazing because it was almost as if the song was trying to ask the viewers isn't the love that Loki has for Thor (brotherly or however you want to take it) lovely? How Loki pretends that he doesn't care but in actuality he does. Sorry I had to goon a little rant

2:20 had a meaningful connection with me. I saw Loki as a misunderstood character. "Fear" meant of what he truly was ( frost giant) that he was afraid of. He didn't want to be like them. He did love Thor like a brother and so Frigga like a mother. That's why 2:20 meant so much to me. When thanos started hurting thor, Loki noticed that Thanos was not bluffing. The way he said OK STOP! (Omg i'm gonna cry) That scene was the meaning of whatever Loki does for himself, there is no more important thing than his brother. I love it.
