The book isn't blank. You can see something written right in the middle of it on one or two frames if you look carefully. Like its the opening page that welcomes you to the book with the title written again or something like that or a quote.

In the shot where mobius is still, the purpose was to kind of make the viewer belevibe for a second that time is passing normally in the TVA again and that he has been aging normally and has been there a long time. The focus in the shot, for a moment, was the older gentleman till we saw mobious

I think we are called Terrans because we originate here. We see humans on other planets but they're considered indigenous to their planets. Like in Guardians 1, we see humans working for Nova Corp, but they're considered Xandarians not Terrans.

"Terrans" is a word used multiple times in the Guardians of the Galaxy movies. The inhabitants of other planets call our Earth "Terra" (which is a Latin word that means "Earth") and the native species (us) "Terrans". So once mutants are introduced into the MCU, they will be Terrans too, because they also live on Earth. Terrans is a general term for inhabitants of Earth.
