Tim is right - OB was “remembering” because Loki was in the past talking to him. It was changing in real time. It’s why it was edited like that and it was great. It does mean that the time line moves different in the TVA. Which makes sense, you can’t branch timelines so it wouldn’t. Stand your ground Tim! If the writing was “and then OB just happens to remember” - how dumb would that be?

You are in fact, not Tim’s friend Matt Rorabeck, your a clone that Greg had planted to find out more information about Tim for some prank. 2. You are in fact not thankful, you hold a deep seeded hate for Tim and Kinda Funny, telling them thank you is just the first step towards getting their guards down, then you can destroy them. 3. You are in-fact Matt Rorabeck, you are in fact thankful, but in this version you wearing a silly hat while singing/doing the Hokey Pokey I am one of the smartest people I’ve ever met, I promise you. One of these has to be correct?

Thought it was clearly explained that it didn't happen until Loki TimeSlipped into the past and talked to OB. Creating the new future/present where he remembered

Totally fair and I understand that read. I took it as OB not remembering right away and he was happening to remember it as he was talking it out (but with clever editing to make the convos happen “at the same time”) but it gets tricky with time travel stuff. Just a different read! I think either way works.
