That was the most unexpected ending I've ever seen since Infinity War. I froze for two minutes and thought to myself, "where do we go from here when there are only two episodes left?"

@Something Cinema, 1:57 We've seen this before. The last time we saw it was during the season one finale. 4:44 this circle theme is the entire concept of the Multiverse and time itself. The season one finale opening showed us the Sacred Timeline, the beginning and ending of time we heard the voiceovers as we travel through it to the Citadel of time. The end of time was met by its begging. 6:46 They're wearing time collars, they can't escape. Do you remember Loki last season? B15 has the remote, that allows her to rewind them back to a specific point in time. In other words, if they left this room, she could bring the right back to the room at the touch of button. She can even make them move at 1/5 actual speed if they tried to start something. This is why they don't need much backup when they enter rooms full of people, time is on the TVA's side. 7:50 Think of timelines as strands of hair or blade of grass, cutting it won't stop them growing back. Your hair will grow back as will the blades of grass, in the exact same spot. That's what's happening here, and it certainly sounds like the timelines Dox pruned are back and are much longer, which makes me think the lives lost weren't really lost at all, but were reset, which makes sense when you think the language they used last season when pruning timelines, they set "reset the timeline." That said, people removed from the timeline like Loki should not be there when the timeline resets as they were removed from time, as OB explained in the first episode of the new season. 10:46 to be fair, the prisoners can't go anywhere on their own, and the unthinkable is happening outside the TVA at this very moment. Everyone is trying to figure out how to slow/stop the growth of branches while OB and the others try to fix the loom. We should also note that they already established that Dox isn't a traitor and that she did what she was tasked to do, which is to save the TVA. She bought them some time with her actions, but that's not what the new TVA wants to do. They now know that when they prune a branch that they are ending all life, which is something they no longer want to do. 15:02 Was this necessary? Something tells me this moment dictated how this (16:12) moment played out. HWR specifically had Miss Minutes and Ravonna go to the 19th century on the Sacred Timeline to get Victor Timely, his inclusion wasn't accidental. The TVA needed his prototype, his to help the loom scale to size. While it certainly looks like things went horribly wrong, is that what actually happened? The things variants see in their heads of themselves are the actions of their variants. Did Victor's death bring another version of himself to this moment in time? Was it necessary for Victor to be outside with his celestial essences going every which way with the the throughput multiplier nearby? What about HWR and his TVA protocols? Miss Minutes no longer has a hold over the system as OB rebooted it, but more importantly, the TVA has Victor's temporal aura and believes HWR is on the premises. What protocols are in place when he's there? You'd imagine that the TVA has all sorts of fail sales to assist him no matter what, right? 15:10 My thoughts exactly. Miss Minutes shouldn't be trusted. Why did Ravonna go all in with her, after Miss Minutes had just betrayed her? I guess her thirst for power is greater than sense of reason. The best lies have a bit of truth in them. What surprised me was how Ravonna didn't enquire about He Who Remains (HWR) demeanor. He was clearly vexed and he actually apologized for the command he just issued. Why did he do what he did? The war was over, and he deactivated the soldier mentality the minute men had and turned them into a police force, protecting time. HWR removed himself from the picture and created false gods and a mission for everyone at the TVA to look up to. Messed up or not, he made them believe that their work was important and that it kept the flow of time running smoothly, which when you think about it now, was in fact true. 16:39 This is the spaghettification OB was telling Loki about when explaining all the things that could wrong when purging him from time. Apparently, this is what would happen if we fell into a small black hole. 17:09 is this an explosion or something coming through? 19:06 The void at the end of time is the like the Yellow Brick Road, it leads to the Citadel at the End of Time. The thing is, now that the systems have been rebooted, one would think Alioth is back on the job. Ravonna and D-90 will need to hunker down or team up with some honorable Loki's if they want to survive in that place. The only way to get to Citadel is by defeating Alioth, that said, D-90 should have his TemPad, so if he's got that, he has a way back to the TVA. Did Ravonna have hers on her person? Is the TVA where you'd want to go at this moment? If Ravonna knows the powers of the Infinity stones she might want to head back, as they can be used now. The Time Stone could reverse the radiation as well as the growth of the branches. The Reality Stone could help too. With two episodes left, I'm not sure where we go from here. I did not see this ending coming, lol, I don't think any of us did! Still, as bad as this all looks, I think this was planned and accounted for. Everything is going as HWR saw and wanted. Is Victor going to come back transformed or is he out and his variants in? What an episode! This is the best the MCU's been in a long, long while! Infinity War/Endgame level story telling right here, folks.

What a fantastic episode. I enjoyed Loki's reference to the first Thor movie during his conversation with Sylvie. It was fascinating to discover during this episode that everything O.B. knows he learned from Victor Timely and everything Victory Timely knows he learned from O.B. we had no point of origin. With O.B. responding, it's like a snake eating its own tail. It was a creepy and sadistic scene to see Miss Minutes smiling while General Dox and the Minuteman were being crushed. Miss Minutes glitched when the TVA rebooted, showing her face with one eye and replying to Victor Timely, you never be him was a disturbing sight. Additionally, the MCU reveals Ravonna's hidden past and how it corresponds with her comic book past. Ravonna Renslayer was the daughter of King Carelius, a ruler in the 40th century Earth, in the comics. She eventually met Kang the Conqueror and fell in love with him. Ravonna gave Kang new motivation for his conquests on the page, and they shared a turbulent romance across time and space. While Victor Timely rejected her, it will be interesting to see if Ravonna ever has a relationship with another Kang varianWho Remains refers to wiping Renslayer's memory as Protocol 42. Not only is 42 the answer to the universe in 'The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy,' but it's also a significant number for Marvel fans because it's where Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse ends. The transformation of Victor Timely into spaghetti reminds me of the probability storm scene in Ant-Man and The Wasp Quantumania. Also, in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, when Wanda unravels Reed Richards. This episode ended on an exciting note, with a major cliffhanger.

TemPads take you to any point in time on the Sacred Timeline and branched Timelines, but outside of the Sacred Timeline, it's just an express doorway to anywhere in the TVA and HWR's fortress. It's too bad that they couldn't use the TemPad to place them right in front of the launcher or the loom itself and have them throw the throughput multiplier through the door and let it dock with the loom that way.
