@Something Cinema, 8:30 That's unfair to Sylvie. This moment is her Nexus Event, the reason why Ravonna went back in time to prune Sylvie as a little girl on Asgard, years before she did the crime, like something out of Minority Report--I'll touch on this later when the mention this via a different story when Mobius talks with Loki. 9:16 I think you're forgetting who the "who" Loki was talking about last episode are, they are Loki's friends. Loki learned how to control his time slipping because its the only way for him to save his friends. Saving his friends keeps them around, so he doesn't have to be alone. Sylvie is one of his circle of friends. He's also in love with himself, remember? 12:22 This is that story, I was talking about up top. This is a story about Mobius and Ravonna doing Minority Report type pruning. Ravonna became a judge and Mobius an analyst, since he wasn't cut out for that work anymore. This story isn't Ravonna's story, but it explains why Ravonna pruned Sylvie. 14:59 the God of Stories--last episode Loki said he could rewrite the story, and that's what he's been doing this entire episode. He's been rewriting it so that he could save everyone, epic! 17:07 Loki did what HWR couldn't. I'm sure others will disagree with this, but I think it was pretty clear that HWR isn't the bad guy many think he is going to be...er....was. Think about it, what did he just offer Loki? What did he say the purpose of the loom and the TVA? Everything he did was to protect what he could of time so that everyone in the Multiverse could live. HWR was just a man, flesh and blood, a point the story felt clear to make back in season one, and we saw with Victor's numerous deaths' that there is a limit to what humans can do, and building a device that could accommodate Branched Timelines along with the roots of those timelines is beyond the powers of man. HWR erased the problems of time, his variants and he then removed himself from time. gathered all the roots he could save, the Multiverse, and wove them into the Sacred Timeline. He built a failsafe to protect that line, the loom, and he built a defense force to purge anything that would ever jeopardize the lives there, the TVA. He did what he could watching over the Sacred Timeline from his citadel as Loki does now, but as he was a man, he was limited with what he could do. Loki can do more than HWR's loom because he's a god. He destroyed the loom, let the branches grow and he's sacrificed himself to watch over the roots of the original universes and their infinite growing branches because it is the only way for his friends to thrive, which is what Loki wanted most of all. What a selfless act for one of the MCU's most selfish characters! This story was epic! The tree Loki constructed at the end, is the Life Tree, the tree we often saw on Asgard when it was around. Frigga would be so proud of her son, as would Odin. 17:32 Loki's still rewriting the story. This is not the same TVA we were watching earlier. This TVA is promoting growing together not pruning branches. 17:56 Yes, they're talking about Quantumania--Victor and the Council of Kangs are from that movie, remember? The Kangs are already here, and HWR mentioned that when he spoke with Loki just a few minutes ago. It would appear that the Council of Kangs have found a TVA blind spot as the TVA is unaware of their gathering and scheming. 18:33 The hunter we see here, well, the back of his head, is D90! Loki rewrote his story. He got pruned and should be in the void with Ravonna, but he's not. He's here. If he's here, I wouldn't be surprised if Dox and here team are around as well. 18:41 OB got to write a new book, and it's sure to be a big hit, as everyone at the TVA needs to become what the new TVA is. Loki, not the loom, is why everyone gets to live. 18:51 Loki reset Victor, back to when he was young and innocent, before Ravonna and Miss Minutes put him on a path he wasn't meant to be on. 19:03 remnants of HWR's TVA are about to get pruned. Notice that it's just Ravonna and the old TVA floor. Dox, Brad and D90 aren't here--Miss Minutes got to stay at the TVA, lol. 19:17 Loki gave Mobius a happy ending too--look at the garage, there's only one personal watercraft in there now, not two. Mobius and his boys are living happily, this isn't that broken home we saw last episode. Loki gave Mobius the life Mobius was afraid to learn that he had. Now Mobius needs to decide what to do with what he's been given: experience this life or fight and protect it. Whichever he choses, Loki will respect that choice, as all he wants now is for his friends to be happy. 19:33 Sylvie is free and she finally gets to just live. 20:07 indeed. The God of Stories. Seeing how Loki has the ability to make time as he pleases, you got to wonder if he'll undo all the bad, selfish things he did early on because he was pissed at his father and brother. Will he bring Phil Coulson back from the dead? Surely he regrets killing him. What about his mother Frigga? He didn't mean to send her to her death. If he were to change those two moments, phase 2 onward would be very different stories! Had Coulson lived, Maria likely would have survived Secret Invasion, possibly Talos and Soren too. Had Frigga no died, Ragnarok wouldn't have happened, and if that didn't happen, Thanos would have been destined to continue doing things the old fashioned way, as he never would have been a match for Odin with the Odin Force. Heimdall would have seen Thanos coming before he found the first two stones he had and that would have been a wrap for him. If Thanos didn't get the stones, Natasha (Black Widow) wouldn't have died, neither would have Gamora. What will the MCU do? I can't wait to see. This was an epic end to Loki, if it truly is his end. I hope not, as I want him and Thor to meet one more time. And I hope Thor, when his end comes, is as epic as this was. What a show!

This was extremely overwhelming! The ending was so bittersweet that I cried. Loki finally found his glorious purpose and is now the God of Stories. In case u don't know, he created his own loom called Yggdrasil. In Norse mythology, it's the tree of life which keeps all the nine realms together. Loki put it in great use by keeping the branches safe so that everyone can have free will. So all in all, this is hands down my favorite MCU series💚💚

This was an excellent season. The reversed Marvel Studios logo at the beginning of Loki Season 2, Episode 6, was a creative and symbolic choice. It was a way to foreshadow the chaotic and unpredictable nature of the episode, as well as the season's more prominent themes. The logo was also a way to visually represent Loki's journey throughout the series. He had always been an outsider who didn't quite fit in. In Season 2, he was forced to confront his own chaotic nature and how he had hurt others. Episode 6 replayed Season 2, Episode 4's ending from different perspectives. This was a clever way to show how events can unfold, depending on the observer's view. It also highlighted that Loki's time-slipping powers were becoming more unpredictable. Episode 6 replayed Season 2, Episode 4's ending from different perspectives. This was a clever way to show how events can unfold, depending on the observer's view. It also highlighted that Loki's time-slipping powers were becoming more unpredictable., Traveling back to Loki Season 1's finale was a great decision. It was a bold and ambitious move that paid off brilliantly. During this episode, Loki is time-slipping back to before Sylvie killed He Who Remains. He tried to convince her not to do it, but she refused. So, Loki time-slipped back even further to the moment He Who Remains first confronted Loki and Sylvie. The idea that all Lokis are destined to fail is a way to explore Loki's self-doubt and insecurity. It is also a way to show his growth as a character. By rejecting his destiny, Loki becomes his own person and creates his own path. It allowed the show to explore the themes of free will, destiny, and the nature of the multiverse more deeply. It allowed Loki to complete his journey from villain to hero. It was a satisfying conclusion to the show's second season. He Who Remains tells Loki that all Lokis are destined to fail, no matter what they do. This is because Lokis are chaotic beings who always try to break the rules and subvert the status quo. He Who Remains also tells Loki that the multiverse war is inevitable and that he is the only one who can stop it. This is because Loki is a unique being who is both a god and a trickster. He can see the world from multiple perspectives and is unafraid to challenge authority. In the end, Loki proves He Who Remains wrong. He chooses to save the multiverse, even if it means that he may fail. This shows that Loki is not destined to fail and has the power to choose his destiny. It's a solid and vital message. It serves as a reminder that we are not helpless victims of our circumstances. We can shape our fate, even if it means going against the odds. Loki is prompted to visit Mobius from Loki season 1, episode 1 because he wants to understand what it means to be a Loki. He wants to know why he is destined to fail and if there is anything he can do to change his fate. It is interesting to see how Loki's perspective on the TVA and the multiverse has changed since season 1. In season 1, Loki was suspicious of the TVA and believed they were trying to control the timeline. However, in season 2, Loki realizes that the TVA is necessary to prevent a multiverse war. The scene is also a reminder of Loki's growth as a character. In season 1, Loki was arrogant and selfish. However, in season 2, Loki is more humble and compassionate. He is willing to sacrifice himself for the greater good. He Who Remains repeated "See you soon" several times. This might be interpreted as a prediction of the creation of numerous Kang varieties, consistent with the episode's broader themes of reality, free will, and destiny. The number of times He Who Remains said, "See you soon," can now foreshadow the emergence of multiple Kang variants. This is a very clever and subtle way to hint at the future of the MCU, and it adds a new layer of meaning to the episode. The idea that the Season 1 premiere and Season 2 finale are both titled "Glorious Purpose" is a clever way to set up the scene in the Time Theater where Loki visits Mobius. It implies that Loki's journey is circular, and he is always learning and growing. The fact that Loki ends up in the same place where he started his journey is also significant. It shows that Loki has come full circle and is now ready to face his destiny, whatever it may be. Loki's visit to Mobius in the Time Theater is a well-written and well-acted scene. It's a pivotal point in Loki's character arc and a visually and emotionally powerful scene. Loki receives a new outfit that references his past, present, and future. His new outfit mixes his classic green and gold costume, his TVA prisoner uniform, and Sylvie's black and green outfit. The green and gold represent his past as a trickster god and a villain. The TVA uniform represents his present as a prisoner of the TVA and his journey to redemption. Sylvie's black and green outfit represents his future as a hero and a leader. Loki's new outfit is a complex and visually stunning representation of his character arc throughout the series. It is a symbol of his growth, transformation, and potential. Loki's transformation into the God of Stories is also a metaphor for the power of storytelling itself. Stories can shape our thoughts, our feelings, and our actions. They can help us to understand ourselves and the world around us better. They can also inspire us to make a difference in the world. Loki's journey to becoming the God of Stories reminds us that we all have the power to tell our stories and create our destinies. At the end of the episode, Loki is shown sitting on a throne in the middle of a vast expanse of branches. These branches represent Yggdrasil, a giant tree connecting all of the nine realms of Norse mythology. The Yggdrasil reference is an essential and satisfying development in Loki's character arc. It symbolizes his acceptance of his new role and responsibility to safeguard the multiverse. It also serves as a reminder that Loki has evolved into a hero. The scene in which Mobius tells B-15 that they dealt with a Kang variant in a 616-adjacent realm alludes to the events of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. This is a clever way to connect the two projects while hinting at the MCU's future. I'm looking forward to seeing how the Kang storyline develops. The mention of Kang is part of a larger trend of connecting the various MCU projects. This trend is likely to continue as Marvel Studios prepares for a major Kang-centered storyline. He's a fascinating and complex character, and he has the potential to be one of the MCU's greatest villains. The title "Glorious Purpose" is ideal for Loki season 2's sixth episode. It's a nod to the series' first episode and focuses on Loki's journey of self-discovery and redemption. In the first season of Loki, Loki believes his glorious purpose is to enslave those he deems beneath him. He sees himself as superior and believes he is entitled to rule over others. However, by the end of the season, Loki has come to realize that his true purpose is to help others. He has learned that everyone is worthy of respect and that he is responsible for using his powers for good. In the second season's sixth episode, Loki has finally embraced his glorious purpose. He is now the protector of the multiverse, and he is willing to sacrifice everything to protect it. He has come full circle and is now a better person because of it. Reusing the title "Glorious Purpose" is a creative and significant way to end Loki's second season. It serves as a reminder of Loki's journey and a promise of more.

The Exiled One was in fact Kang, it's why he was trapped in the Quantum Zone (microverse) until he met and then got help from Janet. Her helping him then abandoning him led to him gaining the power he had there and then eventually pulling them back in as a part of his plan to escape his exile. Ironically enough, He Who Remains was outside of the rest of Kangs and doing everything in his power to keep them at bay. Sylvie killing him is what allowed the others to come into play (which would've been the case had we not had the Jonathan Majors situation).

There is a possibility that Loki could send cloned illusions of himself to walk freely through this new branch of timelines and be almost nigh-omnipresent if he wants to assemble a team of Multiversal Avengers to fight Khan. They will probably defeat all of Khan's variants in Dynasty of Khan, but the result will be that the timelines will have to be destroyed and one will remain, causing the Secret Wars. These superheroes will fight at the end of time in this "secret war" unknown to all beings in the timelines similar to battleworld comics, where the result will be a new main timeline.

It wasn't her fault. She was always destined to do what she did, as freewill does not exist. Loki's always lose, remember? Loki's purpose was to make those around him rise to the occasion. Sylvie, being a Loki, did that for Loki.

This has been the best mcu show ever for me, I had loads to say, I also think the gold at the throne at the end was loki being told he was worthy by odin, I've since learned that the line loki gave to sylvie and mobius he was asked to choose himself by the producers and he thought back to thor one when odin was trying to save thor and loki, loki turns and says something like I could have been great for all of us, so that's why he says I know what type of god I want to be for all of us.
