I'm kind of speechless...just- THANK YOU :3 you warm my heart. I think Loki/Steve can work because of Steve's belief that there's good in everyone. And the need in Loki to be actually valued and loved. In my head, Steve can provide that. And they're both people who will be loyal once they find sanctuary in each other.
