I'll leave this message here since this vid is new. I am unimpressed with this beat, but you are a decent writer, by the way. However, I'm messaging because of an article you wrote I couldn't find, but I was made aware of through a Carl Benjamin video. So I wtched a few of your videos. I'm stumped. You seem quite even handed and obviously a smart man, but apparently identify as part of a group that holds intersectionality and social justice concepts up as all important in all areas of life. A movement infamous for using bigoted and immoral tactics to fight against who they deem bigoted and immoral. And I was taken aback by your grasp of this in Sargon's video and your own. Not only people like Antifa, but seemingly otherwise moderate people are forming social justice lynch mobs not only just online, but in real life. This ideology is absolutely toxic, attracts and grows resentment, and is constantly weaponized in horrific ways. All this said, you advised your peers in your article to be more open to debate, opposing ideas, and the concept that other people may merely have different ideas rather than questionable ethics. The main thing I disagreed with was your assessment that young men finding themselves enamoured with the views people like me or Carl espouse are looking for somewher to belong.Perhaps you've seen this often in your movement, but I think social media just gave a voice to people whom the corporate media (who was previously all there was) refused to acknowledge. Or maybe they were too wrapped up in their own class to realize we were here. I hope people will take your advice, though. I'm sick of the viciousness and perpetual outrage, and people looking at things through this child like lens of good guy-bad guy(oppressor-oppressed), and supplanting an all-knowing and benevolent God with the state. Open debate and exposure to truth will collapse the social justice movement's outsized power in public life, and the insufferable groupthink so prevalent on the modern far left. Maybe I need to watch a few more videos. Maybe your'e not so extreme in your beliefs, maybe you weren't explaining intersectionality because you see life that way. But if so, you the needle in the haystack, as you seem to be aware of the bad behaviors of your peers, and the consequential bad image they have in the minds of people like myself. Which is why I don't understand you being in that religion. I can't believe I just wrote all this to someone I don't know.
