This is Ultimo CAP of all time...Yes i agree Loki solos most of them but not Flash, Reverse Flash and Doctor Manhattan...there are several reasons first of all Loki was holding Marvel Multiverse not DC and even he comes in DCEU Flash and RF will just go back in time remember Loki can only pause time and time slip but he cannot erase those Timelines plus Bleedforce exist far above Speedsters will just go back in time and Doc is literally unkillable you can even erase his past and still he will come back even tier wise Loki Variant L1130 is Low 1-C while Doctor Manhattan is High 1-A
