Nice review, when you tested the onscreen camera functions, was it with a Canon R6? If so, when switching on the field monitor, did your LCD screen on the R6 black out, or is it live, enabling you to do touch screen focussing?

I have the GM6 and its my first monitor, its really bright for those very sunny days, but to answer your question--yes my LCD screen blacks out when I turn on the monitor so im not sure if Im doing something wrong, if you look at LoKnows video at 1:11 it shows the LCD & the monitor on at the same time, I have a R6 & R6 Mark II and both are the same.

What happens when you film in 4k 60fps? Does the monitor screen go black, or does it continue monitoring but in a lower fps?

For the marker mat, I saw there's options from 16:9 to 4:3 but there's an arrow for extra options. What are the other options? is there 4:5 or 9:16?

Honestly, I think it’s the size of the memory card. I think originally I was tying with a 128g card, it wasn’t working. Then I tried with a smaller card and it worked.
