I love how she's an amalgamation of different trends--hard rock, grunge, goth-punk (those structure purses were so big in the late '80s and early '90s). She's great! I'm waiting for the one with Taurus as the sun sign to come out.

I actually broke one of the straps on this dress trying to get it on her. It shouldn't be too hard to fix, but it kind of bummed me out that they made it so tight that you can barely get it on. I had the same problem with getting her shoes on over her socks. I ended up giving up and taking her socks off so I could put her shoes on instead.

I'm really glad they made the ALT GRRRL tan-skinned. While it's getting a lot better now, oftentimes people in alternative fashion such as goth, grunge, punk, emo...etc would be subjected to being not "alternative enough" and sometimes ignored in the social scenes compared to those with pale vampire-like skin. Even though she's not a real person I think she's a great representation for kids with tan skin who want to wear alternative fashion one day.

Serenity Ridge I personally like the color because it really feels 90s grunge, but I definitely get why someone wouldn’t like it. I get how someone could see a bumblebee as Elvira said😅. I Don’t have any of the wave one dolls because I was kind of on the fence, but I’ve ordered her and Candylicious. I may get more depending on how that goes, but I’m not sure.
