Just to point out, my Impldoll YO-SD's came with string inside their heads, they are legit. From what I understand, Impldoll isn't recasted, and I got them from a legit dealer. A s hook is actually very normal for most BJDs, it is the most common form of connecting the head to the body. So, it is not actually accurate to say most recasts are the only ones who have s hooks. If that were the case, all my dolls, which I have over 20, including floating heads which are designed to have s hooks to connect the head to the body, except my Fairylands, would be recasts, but ALL of my BJDs are legit. for fairyland dolls, there should be a different mechanism in the heads, it is a special way that only Fairyland uses to connect the heads to the bodies. It is like, a turn peg type of thing. But, you can take that off the Fairyland dolls if you wish, but the heads of the Fairyland dolls allows for the turn pegs to be used in the heads, so the heads have a big open hole in their neck, more so than with the normal smaller hole for the s hook mechanism most dolls have, so you cannot hybrid the heads on a different body designed for an s hook easily, without a neck adapter, as the holes in the Fairyland heads are too big for s hooks, or have the body hybrid easily if you do not take the turn peg mechanism off the body, as only Fairyland has these specific turn pegs in their dolls, so a different company will not use those turn pegs. It is possible to hybrid Fairyland dolls, though. But, your recast doll you have, seems to have a different mechanism in the head, to allow for a normal s hook type of connection to the body. That is not how Fairyland dolls come like. But, it looks like a Fairyland sculpt, to be specific, it does look like a Minifee Chloe?? I may be wrong, but it does look like Chloe. So I guess the recasters modified the Fairyland head for a normal s hook connection? Wow.. Also, the inscription in the head, it should be inscribed with something different, to mark the Fairyland sculpt, so they have also taken the inscription of the original sculpt and company out of the head too, and replaced it with another one... wow..

Another thing, the companies allow you to choose the skin colour of your doll. A lot of companies allow, what they, for the most part, call "tan" skin. Since BJDs are made to order, as long as the company allows you to choose a darker skin tone, you can if you wish. Just because you may not see a dark skin tone in the official pics of the dolls, does not mean you can't choose a darker skin tone for your doll. It depends on what resin colours that particular company offers. I have a tan skin full Impldoll Chad and a tan skin Pygmalion Doll Ha head, which I will be hybriding with a Dikadoll tan skin body. I was originally thinking of getting a Granado Bronze skin body for my Ha head, but the neck size and the type of body I want to actually get for his head is the problem. Granado do not offer the body I want with a smaller neck size, so I decided to getting a Dikadoll body for my head, when the time is right. I also have a tan skin Angell Studio Lan Ling SP head being made right now. Which when I saw they were offering him again, I had to get him in tan skin, he was discontinued a while ago, and I never got the chance to get him, so I had to get him when I saw his head available to buy for a limited time again. He is not available to buy any more, the time has expired now for the chance to get his head. Apart from these companies I listed above, I know of many others who do darker resin colours, I would say, most companies now offer some sort of darker skin tone, it is more rare for companies to not offer some sort of "tan" skin nowadays. I hear the problem with tan skin being more expensive, or some companies not offering it, is that the dye is more expensive, and more harder to get right, you cannot sand tan skin dolls down, as sanding them down will create sanding marks that are awful on the dolls, so there are more complications with tan skin dolls, that is why you, for the most part, get seam lines that cannot be sanded down, on the tan skin dolls, darker skin tones makes it harder to make the dolls for numerous reasons, I hear, but most companies do offer darker skin tones now.
