I know your Lola Nora since my sister took a nutritionist and she has a collection of Mrs.Nora Daza's recipe cookbook, I am familiar with her way of cooking delicious food. She was kind of strict when it comes to cooking but worthed it. I love cooking and your vlog got my attention. And what is new to me is that when sifting the flour and with other dry ingredients I should contract my core. NOTED!!👍

Sour Milk is actually buttermilk. Adding lemon or as you say, calamansi to milk is a homemade alternative if buttermilk is not readily available at home or in the stores. Adding buttermilk makes cakes more moist.
