In today's video, I'll be doing a 12 Link Sword Craft in Path of Exile. This is one of my most ambitious crafts to date and we have Entropia to thank for it! Usually PoE crafting doesn't go like this, but today, the stars aligned and we crafted a ridiculous 12-link sword in a truly unethical way. This is for Entropia's Carrion Golem + Zombies + Empower + Squire build

Some notes from replicating this craft: - The build this is for is Golem/Zombie with Squire. There isn't a 1h attack base that does anything for a minion build so use whatever sword you want. The heist base used here looks the coolest. Second is probably the Hooks. - The Elder Mod we want is i80 and the Shaper mod is i83 - You want your Spiritblade base to be i80 or as close to that as possible to give us a better probability to hit the mods we want in the later stages - With both these in mind, that means that the Spiritblade is ideally Elder and the donor base is Shaper - Make sure donor sword you're using isn't a thrusting sword or it won't work (It should have a Str requirement) - It's cheaper to make your own bases: - For the Spiritblade you just conqueror exalt with the cheapest one you can find and use the Harvest bench to randomise influence until it hits elder, then alt spam for your desired Level 20 mod - For the shaper sword just buy the cheapest i83 one you can find and alt spam for More Attack Damage - Lolcohol's RNG was crazy in this session, obviously with the first exalt hitting multi, but even with getting the +1 on the last prefix is a 11% chance and was one of the more expensive parts of the craft for me and bro got it on the first try. All in all it took me ~300d I'd say if you include all the annnuls and exalts in the overall cost of the craft.

People usually combine Ruthless +40% more attack damage instead Brutality support. They can use awakened Brutality for better. So you can't find the similar one.

Anull is codded to roll before removing, that is how it respects attack mods just like exalts. Something like a chaos orb removes everything and then add new mods, that is why it doesn't respect any metamods that aren't protected from being removed.

Very nice Craft , i do the version for STR Zombie 2 leagues ago and its essy to brick but when hit correct mods its amazing , Check same mods but with Ruthles instead Brutality , i do a couple Copys of mine

at least 1 mirror, it can be used with the squire and become disgusting flicker strike item or something like discharge

It would in absolutely no way work with discharge. You would lose the charge scaling elemental damage of discharge which is the entire point of the skill.

You remove it with cannot roll attacks and keep trying until you get it, it's an 11% chance.

tried in PoE craft, its an extra low chance. But what about if we have 3rd "attack" pref modifier, how get rid of it? 4 fossil resonator have also low change get +- same mods, It would be crazy slam 6th mod and get attack speed support

Hey, really new into PoE, can someone explain to me what the 12-Link is about? I see only 3 gems and i imagine 3 of the passive skills are skills normally, but that would be like 6 gems?

It's a bit of a baity term that caught on a year or two ago because weapons like this are designed to be used with a shield called The Squire, which allows the gems socketed in that shield to link together with the ones in your weapon. So The Squire sockets + weapon sockets = 6 gems, then this weapon has another 3 gem links as part of the modifiers, adding up to 9. As for the other modifiers: some people consider the More Attack Damage mod as another "link" as most support gems add around the same amount (usually a bit less), then the other modifiers could be considered additional links too. TBH at most I'd call this an 11-link but somehow the 12-link name stuck in the community so I called it that :S

Why not scour instead of annul after the "Cannot roll attack mod" near 5 min mark ? Wouldn't that be guaranteed clear ?

This meta mod only respect annuls. So if you try to scour it will wipe out all the mods

Would also clear the craft, which is needed for the exalt, so you're guaranteed to need to craft that again for 2 divines. With annul you gamble a bit more but when you hit the right mod you keep the craft. So repeated 50/50 with a cost of 2 divines per failure. Or a guaranteed 2 divines each time.

Scour removes everything and doesn't respect metamods because it doesn't roll. Anull respects metamods because it rolls before removing - it chooses the mod it is going to remove. So, the "cannot roll" metamods affect anulls and exalts, that roll before removing or adding a mod but doesn't work on things like scours or chaos orbs because the first thing these do is removing all the mods including the "cannot roll" unless it is protected.

Anyone know what build this is supposed to be for? Brutality blocks you from dealing elemental damage and the sword says 100% phys converted to elemental. Also wouldn't work with original sin so I'm kind of lost here.

He already answered that in a fixed comment. The base doenst matter since its for a minion build. The damage conversion works for hits with the weapon and whos deals damage in the build are the summons, so the conversion doenst apply

It's for minions, the base doesn't matter as it converts your damage, not your minions damage.
