I agree with ++2ndintelligentWorld Interpreting accurately on the spot is actually pretty hard. Partly because, like you said, their answers are usually pretty long winded, and the players themselves sometimes have a hard time gathering their own thoughts. I think the female you're talking about is Susie Kim? She did a few interviews for Twitch for I think. She's hands down one of the better Korean interpreters I've listened to! And she seems very friendly towards and comfortable with the Korean players and interprets what they say pretty accurately. :)
