because it is good into aatrox. so leaving aatrox open forces c9 to 1st pick it and then they can pick 2 powerpicks in the first rotation (xin zhao and alistar). to be fair, the problem wasnt the pick n ban, its mostly that mowgli didnt use xin zhaos lvl 2-6 at all and wasted time running around and hiding in bush, while graves farmed hard to the point where he could win against him.
