I absolutely adore these little charms/pins/adornments. AND, I think the "word of the year" is wonderful. With your permission, I think I'd like to copy your idea and create a word of the month or even week. Your creation is so cute and a great way to use up some old supplies. I love this idea! It gets me that I buy supplies but as yet have yet to make a charm! This would be fun to try! My oldest had a paperclip necklace that was floating around here for years. The paper clips were wrapped - I remember that 70's orange and yellow - quite possibly Contact Paper!
