I love grocery shopping, it's so therapeutic for me. I feel it's an extension of cooking which is so relaxing. I have been thinking about incorporating Factor, but I don't want to have an order every month. Here in Michigan they made a new law that all eggs sold in the stores have to be cage free (I buy pasture raised) and the shelves are constantly empty, as the stores have had to dispose of eggs that are not cage free.

Happy New Year Lauren! Love your content, thank you. We have found the same thing with eggs here in California. I looked it up and apparently the avian flu wiped out a bunch of hens and so they are having to rebuild their laying hens. According to the USDA spokesperson the egg shortage will continue well into 2025. In case you were interested 😂

i used to think being magnetic was just about looks or confidence, but i couldn’t have been more wrong. i read this book called Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and it totally changed my perspective. it breaks down the energy and mindset behind true attraction in a way that just makes sense. once i started applying what it taught, i noticed people reacting to me differently almost instantly. it’s seriously worth a read.

Hey Lauren, Happy Wednesday. I think making a grocery list helps save money and makes sure you use up everything that you buy. I am bad at getting things that I think sound good then not use it and end up wasting it that’s why I’m making a grocery list every time I go now. 😅 I agree you cant do a 2025 prep without a 2024 reflection. For me both of them go hand and hand. 😊🥰

Girl I love you and your content SO much, it’s so comforting to watch. But the audio on your videos is so irritating. I don’t know if it’s something you can sort on your end but the music is so much louder than your speaking voice. It honestly sounds like you’re whispering and then all of a sudden the music is blasting. It’s so unbalanced and I constantly have to adjust my volume up and down throughout the 20 minute video.
