I spent my first years in undergrad in Riverside. I cannot wait to learn more about San Bernardino as I start school again in Loma Linda. Having that said, it must be a totally different and such an interesting separation between the college towns of Riverside (parties) and Loma Linda's Blue Zone (purple potatoes). I'm also interested in real estate investing (after I finish school) and this is a great first video as an intro as to what the area/lifestyle is like. Thank you! Edit: 25k people?? must be a close-knit community. Also, cannot wait to try out the plant-based cheeseburgers my patients keep telling me about to try in Loma Linda/San Bernardino.

Are these books on real estate investing still valid? Are there any other books I need to read for my homework? I bought these books for my new office library and I've finished them but reading it again to get a better understanding bc I am healthcare and not business.

Should i watch this from a new channel with 71 subcribers? I suggest u change your channel name. Right now u will b limited to just focusing on inland empire so your content will b restricted. If u want to grow your channel, make d name generic so u will b able to cover all variety of content, not just on real estate.😂
