I've watched this fight over and over again... I scored it 7-5 for Lomachenko and I was being generous to Haney… Throughout the fight Loma was landing the left anytime he wanted.. He was constantly popping Haney's head back. His shots were the clearer and crisper shots. And Loma was also partially or fully blocking what Haney was throwing upstairs which is why Haney was going to the body more. Loma also controled the range and displayed better ring generalship which was making Haney look lost at times....This was a great fight but it was clearly a Lomachenko win. I always root for Vasily, he is a real boxing grandmaster.

Having stood next to him, u realise how great a fighter he is. He is barely 5’4” shorter than my gf- maybe 130 soaking wet , yet he beat a guy who comes in at 165 and is legit 5’8”.
