Unnesessary volume on strengh trening, you need just one horizontal and one vertical pull and push movement, sqat and deathlift variation, some lunges and thats it for you, you are not bodybuilder

Not the typical Boxing Training. It is more komplex and wider and it is my training....years ago the whole climbing world adapted my training, now the fighting world copies my training....hey guys: never train running beside cars, buildings, streets,....run in woods, mountains, beside lakes....the city makes people weak....
