For people who cant spawn the armor stand please use this command in place where you want to add it: Middle monitor: /summon minecraft:armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {ShowArms:true,Pose:{LeftArm:[180f,0f,0f]}} Left monitor: /summon minecraft:armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {ShowArms:true,Pose:{RightArm:[0f,0f,90f]}} Hope this helps! Tip: If the java version what you are playing is patched for the armor stand, you need to install another version like 1.10, make a backup and insert command, put thing in chest. Then switch back to the version you were playing, and place the armor stand. Result: Cool hack to use illegal items that are patched. P.I.N

Simpler way: dye a leather cap red and another one blue, and use a wither skeleton skull for the screen and BOOM.
