KUDOS FOR YOU. This looks very authentic. Cooking Lomo Saltado in an induction stove is a real challenge but I think you did get that smoky flavor that is very unique in Peruvian dish with Chinese influence. Yes, the that Chinese influence is because it's made on wok and the use of soy sauce. Well done. You even get 100 bonus points for all the enthusiasm that you put in...... That Lomo Saltado looked amazingly delicious

Kathleen Norton - hey Kathleen!! I appreciate that, this was delicious!!! I used a “Tare” that was the by-product of the ramen we made. It has such an intense umami flavor so adding it to meat dishes really brings out the beef flavor :)

J-Mac's Amateur Kitchen not at all but I do want to tell you something if your gonna show us food from other country’s try your best to put your heart and passion almost like when you did the ramen :) it’s just a tip people see when your putting your heart into it and when you just doing it :) that can make a big difference

For example lomo saltado it is one of our most important dishes :) cause is nice juice with nice cut fresh fries :) so not saying you did anything bad but I can tell the cooking was a little rush :) and little extra tip next time leave the tomatoes juice in that would make everything nice and juicer hahah promise not trying to be negative just giving you my personal feedback but only cause I’m your fan and I see the incredible potential that you have :)
