I believe they have the beef tenderloin cut at specialty stores such as koala or you may also find it at shoprite. Please ask for the most tender cut of beef. If you end up using any other cut but the tenderloin, please slice your beef thin and against the grain of the muscle as I did in my pepper steak recipe and it will be great🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️
