Oooooooo 😲 that's a pretty looking lens. I love the vibes of your portraits man -- there's a vintage cinematic feel that looks dope! I'd love to shoot a whole short film on a lens like this.

I like artsy fartsy. Reallllly dig the shot at 1:34 (but there were so many other killer ones too, especially the night shots). The drop in aperture deal reminds me of something Lensbaby did on their older lenses. It's cool to see something like this get released I hope they have success with the campaign.

This lens has some really interesting looks... I honestly think it could have some fun, niche uses for video (Like that pigeon shot: really dope) also that focus ring view rig is spectacular

You gotta shoot it wide open to really enjoy this lens. I mean you have really “open the Noor”

Great video as always! Btw will you be making a review for the polaroid now+ in the future?

Thanks so much, and yes it is still on my to-do list. Will get it done by end of year (TM)

The problem with this lens is not that its too much. Its that it isnt enough. 3 different "looks" really isnt all that much. If we remove the classic look option, you really just have 2 relative unique looks, and most people probably prefer one over the other. Vintage lenses are extremely cheap and honestly Helios swirly bokeh is more interesting than all of these options. Its unfortunate because the idea itself is absolutely fascinating. I think in the future they could hit a home run if they made some way you can merge 3-5 modes, but to whatever % of mergence you want. Then youd truly have infinite possibilities and it wouldnt be comparable to simply taking 2-4 lenses on the road.

The thing is it's not a hard three. You can actually use a mode between classic and bubble or classic and soft. It's fully articulate.

The brass Lomography lenses look neat and all, but there's no modern camera that really matches that kind of look. It'll look a little weird no matter what you put it on.

Interesting lens, I like how it deals with grain and bokeh. Idk how much id use the bokeh filters either but it would be dope to see you create your own 3d printed bokeh filters. Maybe something Animal Crossing or Doom related.

Man I got side tracked trying to figure out what that track is at 5:45. It faintly sounds like some oddball video game OST like Mother 3 or something. Anyway great video as always.
