I will never ever understand why Polaroid is the most expensive and the most sh!tty... I mean do someone pay for film for talking those crap photos, blurry, not sharp, overexposed and with random color casts?

To this day i still own this along with the a7s2 and i still dont get the bad rap about old sony colors. It gives youmthe old 80s 90s lookwhich i love and strive after. If i wanted canon colors id get one........

Being 8 bit, one only needs to plan their look of choice according to the final dekivery of the film. If you wanted more color as the final delivery ro theclient, then use pp3-pp6. Those gives more contrast and saturation, If the final product calls for less saturation as final render, then use slog 2. Then add abit of contr/ sat in post. Its that simple.

When I saw that first in the beginning of the year on Reddit I thought that is a rip off because Instax doesn't have it on it's website or you can get it anywhere outside Walmart/ the US.

This is a great flash for the money 9/10. But as Lou does a great job demonstrating in the video, the refresh time is long. I still really like it for $45. I picked up a back up and two of the minis. Recommended.

@michaelr5904 yep I completely agree!! If the recovery/speed isn't an issue for you. It's an awesome flash at a great price

15 seconds recharge time for a merely GN10 flash with 1000mAh batteries is just unacceptable ... better stick to a vintage flash with similar output, and if you're worried about voltage, just get a cheap chinese wireless trigger and discover the magic of off-camera flash

The Pikachu camera just needs flash with relatively high sync voltage to work reliably, so break out a big nasty 1970s flash if you want it to fire every time. My old Vivitar 285 works well for the almost identical pikachu-less version I have.
