Well done, Zither. I'm assuming Wordsworth is referring to John Milton, and longing for the simpler time and place when Milton lived in London? It's interesting that even in 1802, a wonderful poet such as Wordworth is longing for a simpler time, just as many of us, including myself, long for days gone by. 😎
